Il Marchese’s menu celebrates tradition, predominantly Roman, offering a cuisine of memories that is never ordinary, both in flavor combinations and dish presentation. As in traditional trattorias, we work directly with producers, often small family-run businesses, selecting only the finest ingredients.

Roman chef Daniele Roppo oversees the culinary direction at Il Marchese. The cornerstones of his memory-inspired cuisine are, of course, traditional Roman dishes made contemporary and lighter through modern cooking techniques.
